Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a territory where participation is permitted. One account per person. Employees of SweepstakesVIP and their immediate households may not enter giveaways.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password secure. Prize notifications are sent to the email address on the account, so keep it current. We may suspend accounts while we investigate suspected abuse.

3. VIP Points

VIP Points are a promotional entry currency. They have no cash value, are not property, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and may only be used to place entries into listings on this platform. Point values for activities may change at any time. Points credited in error, or from reversed or fraudulent offer completions, may be removed. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may have their balance reset.

4. Entries and prizes

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Each listing states its entry cost, per-member entry limit and closing date. Winners are selected at random from valid entries after the entry period closes, as described in our Official Rules. Entries are final once placed and points spent are not refundable, except where a giveaway is cancelled by us.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Creating multiple or automated accounts, or using VPNs to misrepresent location.
• Falsifying offer completions, incentivised fraud, or manipulating postbacks.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with platform security.
• Self-referral or otherwise gaming the referral program.

Violations may result in forfeited points, removal from pending draws and permanent account closure.

6. Third-party offers

Offers are supplied by independent partner networks. We do not control their content, pricing or availability, and any transaction you make with a partner is between you and that partner. Some offers are paid or subscription based; read their terms before signing up.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the value of prizes you have validly won and not received.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify these terms or discontinue features. Material changes are announced to members. You may close your account at any time; closing forfeits remaining points and pending entries.
