Official Rules
Official Rules for SweepstakesVIP giveaways: no purchase necessary, eligibility, how to enter, odds, random winner selection and prize fulfilment.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
Each giveaway is administered by SweepstakesVIP (sweepstakesvip.com). Individual giveaway pages state any additional prize provider.
2. Eligibility
Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and legal residents of an eligible territory. Some giveaways are limited to specific countries; the eligible territory is stated on the giveaway page. Employees of the sponsor, its partners, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.
3. Entry period
Each giveaway page states its start and close date and time. Entries received outside that period are void. The sponsor's servers are the official timekeeping devices.
4. How to enter
Register a free account, earn VIP Points by completing free activities, then apply points to the giveaway you wish to enter. Each page states the point cost per entry and the maximum number of entries a single member may place. Points may be earned without spending money at any time.
5. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received for that giveaway. Placing additional entries increases your chances but never guarantees a win.
6. Winner selection and notification
After the entry period closes, the sponsor selects the winner in a random drawing from all valid entries. The winner is notified by email at the address on their account within seven days of the drawing and must respond within fourteen days. If a winner cannot be reached, declines, or is found ineligible, the prize may be awarded to an alternate entrant selected in the same manner. The sponsor never requests payment to release a prize.
7. Prizes
Prize descriptions and approximate retail values appear on each giveaway page. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is offered except at the sponsor's discretion, where a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes and for expenses not expressly stated as included.
8. Conduct and disqualification
Automated entries, multiple accounts, falsified offer completions, misrepresented location and any attempt to interfere with the operation of a giveaway void all affected entries. The sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify a giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity; in that case, points spent on affected entries are returned to members.
9. Publicity and privacy
Except where prohibited, accepting a prize permits the sponsor to state a winner's first name, last initial and country. Information submitted is handled per our Privacy Policy.
